German premiere of "Die Raaben und das tote Mädchen" is scheduled for Januar 30th 2025. The TV film will be streamed in German television Jan, 30th, 8.15 pm on ARD.
In "Der Krimi aus Brandenburg: Die Raaben und das tote Mädchen", the two siblings Tonja (Alina Stiegler , Sprich mit mir', Polizeiruf 110) and Anton Raabe (Anton Rubtsov, Dark', “Soko Leipzig”) have to solve the murder of a young woman and the kidnapping of a small child in a wooded area in Lusatia. The investigation confronts both with their own childhood trauma: the disappearance of her brother without a trace many years ago. What makes it special: Tonja Raabe uses her synaesthetic abilities to advance the investigation.
Filming took place from 23 May to 21 June 2024 in Senftenberg and Berlin, among other locations. The film was produced by Moovie. It was directed by the wonderful Nina Vukovic (“Deutschland 89”, “Am Ende der Worte”)
